Must Read (because either story and/or awesome):ġ (book number in the series) - Horus RisingĢ3 - Angel Exterminatus (you could skip this but don't, its a super good read and you will come out of it actually admiring perty)Ĥ2 - Garro (not too important to the story but its Garro, must read just for him tbh, by the time you finish Flight of the Eisenstein you will love him)Ĥ4 - The Crimson King (book was kinda meh personally but you need to read it to connect the dots for the Thousand Sons and how they turned traitor)Ĭan/maybe should read (not that amazing and/or add to the series in a meaningful way): Books to read Bear in mind this is my personal opinion, people may disagree about certain books and how much they like/dislike and how important they are for them and the story but for the most part i feel this list is legit and hope it helps, i would also read them in order of the book number.
